UNITUS, Viterbo (Italy), October 10-11, 2023

The first Learning/Teaching/Training Activity of the DiFree project was successfully held at UNITUS, in Viterbo, on October 10-11.
Different topics were discussed by the invited speakers, such as aspects of the gig economy, freelance and entrepreneurial jobs, and personal branding. Moreover, a prototype of what would be a freely available repository of CV and resume models was presented to the students participating in the event.

The 3rd TM will be hosted by our Partner CRS Laghi in Milan on 3-4 May 2023.

The meeting objectives will be to present the project’s new highly improved Webpage, provide updates on the creation of the CV/Portfolio Repository (PR2) and the Project deliverables, launch PR3 (Mentorship Program) and brainstorm on PR5 (Freelance Hub) and PR6 (Transferability Manual).

Second Transnational Project Meeting, Athens, Greece, November 10, 2022

The 2nd Transnational Meeting was held at the University of Panteion in Athens (Greece) last autumn. Partners discussed the modifications to the Difree Project E-book Tool on How to Freelance (PR1), brainstormed about the repository (PR2) implementation, the creation of a Freelance Hub (PR5), and the organization of students’ and professionals’ focus group discussions on Entrepreneurship and digital competences (PR4). An update on the realization of video-interviews pertaining to the realization of the Toolbox (PR1) was also illustrated.

First Transnational Project Kick-Off Meeting, Viterbo, Italy, May 24-27, 2022

• 24-27 May 2022 Difree Project officially launched.

After a preliminary online meeting on 5th May 2022, the Project Consortium met for its KOM at the University of Tuscia (Italy) at the end of the month. It was a fruitful experience not only because it allowed team members from Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain to meet in person and create bonds, but also because partners could introduce their plans on how reach short-, medium-, and long-term goals in order to achieve their Project Results (PRs). The Management and Financial plans of the project were also key items on the agenda.
